Thank you for visiting my website and I hope you enjoyed the images you have viewed.
I was introduced to photography many years ago by the man that I would later marry. This was in the film era, and I learned a lot about photography but eventually gave it up due to the pressures of work and family and never made it into the digital era. Many years later, I started taking photographs at an animal shelter that needed good photos for their adoption website. When I retired, I picked up a new (digital) camera and started chasing hummingbirds with it. Digital cameras do have their place in this world, and hummingbird chasing is a great example. I started some photography classes at the local junior college, and Photoshop has its place in the world also. My instructor encouraged me to give my work a larger audience than the shelf in my closet, so I eventually took his advice and started exhibiting in some local galleries and this website. I will continue to add imagery to this site, so please visit often!
